Basically I think I have lost some weight. Basically I feel alot lighter now whether thats because Im not mentally stressed any more or because I have less in my stomach I don’t know. But I was able to have a little bounce in my step as I walked to work. Last weeks Iwas having to drag my legs along.
But seriously I do feel lighter and my stomach feels less heavier. I wish I had weghed myself now so I could have bragged to all of you wana be dieters that I had lost 5 kg.
On a lighter note I even packed a small tub with fruit nibbles today for lunch. Bits of banana, apple andmelon. I’ll just be shy about eating it thats all. hence small bite size pieces that I can sneak into my mouth. I should eat it now as I am alone in the office but I want to save them for laters. And I mader a cheese salad sandwich too. hows that for dieting??
In a few months I wil be a slight as a feather and be able to float about in the breeze.
